Covid-19 :

These are challenging times.  We are currently experiencing longer wait times for appointments, telephone correspondence and prescription requests.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.

To help free up telephone lines for acute and urgent care needs, we ask that whenever possible you email us with appointment and prescription requests either through our contact us page on this website or through our partner www.epethealth.com, registration with epethealth required.

Prescriptions refills and prescription diets for current patients are available  for curbside pickup, as well as ordering direct from our online pharmacy.  Some prescriptions filled in house are eligible for postal shipping.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.  Out of concern for the safety of our staff, our families and clients amid environmental conditions related to the coronavirus pandemic, our lobby is temporarily closed to the public.  We ask that you call us upon arrival and a staff member will come outside and take your pet in for their appointment.

Most importantly as our country continues to battle Covid-19 we ask that our clients continue to follow CDC guidelines which include giving 6 feet of personal space whenever possible and wearing a mask.  We have vulnerable loved ones and value everyone’s health and safety.  Treatment for animals whose owners are unwilling to follow CDC guidelines for coronavirus prevention is at the discretion of the veterinarian.

Any clients that have questions that can be answered by looking at a photo we ask that you call first and then email a photo to  staff@oxbowvetclinic.com.
