Our lobby is now open to the public. Masks are required. If you need a mask, we can provide you with one. If you prefer not to wear a mask, a staff member will come out and get your pet and you may wait outside during their appointment. We are currently experiencing longer wait times for appointments, telephone correspondence and prescription requests. Please allow 24 hours for all prescription and product requests. Your patience is greatly appreciated. To help free up telephone lines for acute and urgent care needs, we ask that whenever possible you email us with appointment and prescription requests either through our contact us page on this website or through our partner www.epethealth.com, registration with epethealth required. When we are not available, information on Emergency Veterinary Care is available here: EMERGENCIES on our website, as well as through our answering service.
